Is there a way to report quiz submissions?

Solo learn allows users to rate quiz submissions in Quiz Factory. You can go through user-made quizzes and rate them, by liking or disliking. But is there any way to report them (if the answer is wrong, question, etc.)?

sanjay at the time of reviewing quizzes your dislike can affect the quiz to be decline which contains wrong output. Report option is not available in the quiz factory review process so if you are reviewing quizzes then you can do so by your votes like or dislike.

After a quiz is approved and you complete such a quiz against an opponent, when viewing the correct answers, if you find that an answer is wrong, you have the option to report the question.
