You know how SQL is sometimes pronounced 'sequel'? I just hope USL won't be pronounced 'useless'.

The way I understand CIL, it is a sock turned inside out compared USL. It translates the syntax of code into natural language text that is readable to layman (non-tech) I am still looking into it further but it will surely be helpful... again thanks Monical

Not reinvent, unify Paolo De Nictolis. Have you heard of cross training in sports?

We are not talking of coding, programming of development. We are into the applied arts and science of computing. Thus, what is USL good for. A universal script, what is it good for?

You want and reinvent a style ten years old, that is, DSL (Domain-Specific Languages): https://martinfowler.com/books/dsl.html Metalanguages they're among us, reinventing the wheel is never a good idea in programming (well, in any field)
