Challenge declined

Question

User doesn’t accept challenge keeps appearing on challenges when I am certain that the user will accept my challenge request. I keep seeing this and I wonder if anyone else has encountered this issue?

You may be challenging people with less experience. They may be afraid of losing and so they decline your challenges.

im actually challenging users with more experience than me but for some reason each time i attempt to challenge, immediately the challenge is declined
