How to meet other programmers/coders?

Recently I’ve had a hard time finding other people who are interested in coding or computer science in real life, I know there’s a feature on premium to see who’s in your area but I was wanting to know how other people on this app meet others in real life interested in coding that aren’t currently working in the field?
