Don't blame the mods please, we are just serving the community :) Quiz Factory is managed by Sololearn and a handful of Reviewers, who might give their thumbsup or down. But the ultimate decision is made by Sololearn. Lately, a few of my submissions were rejected as being too far from the course topics. Two other got approved, though :)

I don't think the mods really do that...They have a lot of other important tasks to perform. A Quiz usually faces rejection when it recieves a lot of general community downvotes (quizzes get declined if they are way too complex, have undefined behaviour or require extreme mental math skills) or due to a decision made by the Sololearn team, which you are notified of when the quiz gets declined.

A.V.J.S.Nikhil I don't know if those are the best, but I was pretty much satisfied with those I put links to in my code here: https://code.sololearn.com/W2nvcMqTRi4q/?ref=app

A.V.J.S.Nikhil Sololearn gives you a very good basic knowledge for starters. From there you have to carry on elsewhere.

One of mg quizzes got declined for being similar to others that might already be approved. I dont know about you but I think it is good to have slight variations on quiz questions. the more questions there are the better the overall quality of the quizzes and less chance that people will simply remember the answer if they’ve seen it in a prior challenge. hope this makes sense :)

Html is not a programming language, Nikhil. So you cannot develop applications with it, only basic websites.
