where to start

I'm just beginning to try to learn about computer softer and all the technology lingo and I don't know what is the best place to learn....please help me!!!!

Well start with SoloLearn. Also watch YouTube videos and read information on google (such as the cppreference.com to learn more classes and methods.)
But most of all, practice and make projects (no matter how small.)
