Are you one of those guys who "builds" a botnet and then uses it to commit Distributed Denial of Service Attacks?
If you want to use Python as an origin point for a botnet, then expect a less than average speed for your botnet. You can write a virus/rootkit to distribute to target systems and connect them to your C&C, but Python seems like a horrible idea. C is the way to go, or C++.
You're better off getting an IoT botnet, since I can see you aren't even done with the Python tutorial.
Don't even think about using it for illegal purposes. I know you may think it is hard to trace, but believe me... it isn't nearly as hard to trace as it used to be; I know from experience. If you ever use this for unethical or immoral purposes, you WILL get caught. I guarantee it, so watch yourself.
