check some YouTube channel like new Boston etc and learn any programming language. But remember practice makes you perfect.

HTML and CSS are not programming languages. Just pick-up any language you like if you don't have a goal in mind right now (you can make a transition later). Start learning the basics, experiment with the things you learn. After that, start writing small programs. Maybe a calculator? Keep raising the difficulty bar bit by bit. Just as @Rstar said, you'll need to practice a lot. Good Luck! 😉
