Idea for Data Science projects ?!

Question

Dear friends,
I’m having really hard time to come up with new ideas for data science projects. It doesn’t matter what area in data science as long as it will help me create a “good” portfolio. I’m in my really first steps to become a data scientist and everyone is recommending to work as much as i can on “relevant” projects.
But that’s really a challenge. So dear friends can someone please give me an idea/recommendation on how or where to find a good idea for a project?

You're more than welcome, Salah. I just mention the research/Google thing because you'd be surprised at how many people don't even search for their answers prior to posting their questions. I don't say it in a mean way, but in a way to help one improve themselves, which is what ultimately matters to me.

I specialize in other areas, so that's best I can do for you in regards to that. I'm about to leave work, but I'll poke around and see if I can secure further resources for you.
