new to JAVA
Hi, I'm new to java and using a windows computer...I'm looking for a good compiler to practice on that will also tell me the errors I make, and run on it. ..I'm looking for offline ones mainly because if I'm not at home then I don't really have internet access or free WIFI around me besides my phone hotspot, and I really don't want my phone data used up for that reason.. I have tried note++ but I cant seem to use it correctly, even after watching YOUTUBE videos for it. anyways, any hints or ideas would be awesome! thanks in advance for reading and suggesting.

I love compiling my Java code directly onto my smart phones using Android Studio.
