Is it a Sololearn app bug?

Question

When I try to rematch challenge, it says me: 'Challenge limit reached'. What does it mean?

I've completed all challenges.

You can't play more than 25 challenges in the same hour, even if you have finished all challenges. Also, you can't play more than 15 challenges against the same person within 24 hours.
The same used to happen with me when I played a lot of challenges.
