I don't like math but i want to learn program, is it possible?

Yes, if you plan on doing just about anything graphical or game design. Even business programming often involves difficult math. Do not let this discourage you tho. There is many utilies to help you like "Khan Academy". I just last week took their trig course for unit circle and made these to reinforce what I had learned.

Programming will be very easy if you are good with maths or aptitude. So,if you are not good at maths, it doesn't mean that you can't be a good coder. I suggest you try indiabix.com and start solving some of the aptitude questions and I am sure you will feel confident. Don't be discouraged keep practicing since practice makes a man perfect.
