Which language i should learn first JS or CSS or Java????

it dependce on what you want to learn web, games,soft,etc.If you want to build websites firstly learn html,css then js, for games you might want to learn java .

If you want to build android app, learn Java. If you want to build iOS app, learn Swift. If you want to make a website learn HTML, CSS and JS respectively. You have to learn html first, you shouldn't learn css directly if you don't know html.
