How to make an electronic clock in Python language?

Yes, I said to study further because it's a basic concept that is taught in the beginner level of Python. So if you're wanting to be a programmer and you're wanting to build a clock, learn the necessary things that you require to complete your assignment instead of trying to get others to do your work. That's why you don't know how to do it even though you're in college for it; you're relying on others to do your work so you don't have to even make an attempt at it. This is why they don't allow people to cheat off each other; you don't learn by having answers handed to you.
If it's a college assignment, that equally means that they have already been covering what you require or have provided you with the necessary resources to complete the task. As well, you have your teacher, peers, and the assistance of the school to help you out, but you show up on a random programming app instead for help? Oh yeah, I forget we're wanting someone else to do our work, so asking the proper avenues wouldn't make sense.
The thing is that you also realized you needed to read up on Python, which is why you began the course here. However, I imagine the same thing happened here and you didn't want to read/do what you needed to do, so here we are talking about it instead.
As mentioned in my original reply to you, reading through beginner level Python would give you all of the information and knowledge required to create something simple like a clock. So you don't know where to start or how to make it because you can't be bothered to even read through Python in order to learn it.
I'll tell you what; post up the code you've already tried and I'll finish making the clock for you.

Btw Riders, if you start working on it and get stuck after you've read through the course, you can post the code you tried here: https://www.sololearn.com/Codes/ and then post it in a new thread for us. We'll be able to look at your code and give you feedback/tips/assistance.

You've only barely started the Python course, so I'd recommend that you finish learning the language first. That'll help prepare you for your task and gives you the knowledge to begin thinking about how to resolve the issue you're faced with.
With the knowledge gained from the course, it's more than enough to create a clock.

I generally do not know where to start and how to make an electronic clock, help with the code.
