Programming Language skill for cv

Can i use programming language skill experience based on my profile for my cv ?
(SS my SL programming language skill experience, and put on my cv)

I won't recommend it, not everyone knows about this app or the way it rates your skill.

I can tell you what I do on my CV.
I rate my skills in bullets 1 to 5 (like a star taring)
Some times on an interview I get asked what 5 bullets represent, and I tell them that 5 is equal knowing all ins and outs of a language, 3 is knowing the language quite well, 1 I have worked with it but I have to google a lot to make it work.

So a skill list with a rating is in my experience a good idea and it's common among other developer's.

(tip: let the skills from your list come back in a story about your experience. This way you show when and how you have worked with this skill.)
