Is the courses on sololearn enough to start freelancing as a freelancer?

I wonder if you would Finnish the html, css and JavaScript courses on sololearn, will you be able to work as a freelancer after that?

Not really. Although it depends on what you want to do. Most jobs as a Web developer require a little more knowledge, mainly from some Frameworks that are currently in high demand. On the other hand, the combination you mention refers mainly to the front-end and that limits you, since they usually have preference for full-stack developers (they are more versatile) or that they handle server-side languages. I have seen very few works of people that require only a web layout. My advice is that you keep practicing, since you are interested in being a freelance (as a web developer) verify which languages and technologies have more demand within the sites where jobs are posted. That way you will have a reference of what skills you will need.

I agree with @Mickel For web I reccomend Finish the SL web courses ( HTML, CSS, JS, jquery( still JS) and Php) You may want to do the SQL course as well. - It may not sink in the firsts time, but, the courses become references for later. also try this site https://code.sololearn.com/W7cKz5yfd9dd/?ref=app
