If they paid me based on my experience in Sololearn I think I would have reached level 20, lol. The experience within the application does not serve as a reference of anything. There are several members who are not Platinum and who have a fairly broad knowledge, just as there are people who came to Platinum and this is their first contact with programming. You will get a good job when your abilities as a programmer are good enough for it. How do you do it? Mainly with practice. Within your entire learning process, build projects that reflect what you have learned. In the same way, get involved with the community, you learn a lot by helping others. I say this in a very general way, but I think getting involved and trying to help is very important. When you try to help someone you need to establish clear communication, and that is an invaluable skill in any area.

No. Even then you'd still be missing a lot of skills that would be necessary such as writing clean, maintainable code; automated testing & building on a remote system like with Travis-CI; ability to use version control software like Git to help keep the project from breaking; ability to understand a design and turn it into a program/script/website. Nothing on SoloLearn aside from the learning you do has any weight in the real world.
