Need some help! Bug?

Question

I cannot for the life of me understand why this is doing this... I run my code in VS2017, I run it once with option 1, then when my menu comes back up, I run option two, and instead of asking for the temperature, it pops up the menu again... But if I press 2 again it works...

I just want help understanding why this is doing this! Thank you in advance...

I'm think SoloLearn sandbox can't do what you want

I'm not doing it in SoloLearn sandbox... I use Visual Studio 2017.

But it does the same bug here...
