The fastest way to earn XP are the challenges. Most of the users that you see in the monthly top do many daily. To archive achievements depends a lot on what you look for. If you mean the badges, they all have a description on how to get them. Now, if you refer to your growth as a developer within the application, that is totally personal, but you can go on considering small projects (things that you use) and step by step you increase their complexity
