How do i memorize the information better?

Following on to what @Mickel has said, you can also make small codes or projects with skills you have learnt. For example, if you are learning Java and you have just learnt about comments, you can make a code with a Java comment and perhaps label it "comment" so you know what it is about and can reference it if you need help.

That depends on what you want to remember and it depends on each person. Even so, my recommendation is that you associate new concepts with some similar ones that you already know and above all that you practice everything you are learning, that way you will slowly start to remember things automatically
