Can we be professional programmers by learning with sololearn?

Not really. To be an actual professional and even be considered you would often need certificates and/or a degree, as with most jobs. The certificates are generally paid official quizzes that need to be updated about once a year and can cost hundreds.
SoloLearn simply helps teach the basics and provides an easy way to write & share code, which is an opportunity for feedback. The certificates for completing a course have no merit outside of SL.
All that being said it is still possible to get a professional-level job without a degree and certificates, but you would have to be at least as good if not better than the people with formal training, and you'd need a portfolio to help prove that to potential employers.
