Neither has anything to do with JS :-? Is this a setup for a joke? Java is almost as low-level of a language as C/C++, and can pretty easily interact with C/C++. It's been used for things ranging from microwaves/coffee pots to running an unmanned rover on mars. JavaScript is a very high-level language which was invented around the time Java was still very new, and the developer from NetScape didn't know what to call it so for some reason they went with JavaScript. It's become far more powerful since then, especially since the invention of NodeJS, but still has no relation to Java other than with the "Java" portion of it's name.
