I am learning to code because I want to become a web designer. But I don't only want to learn, I also want to create something that other people could use. So how do I do publish?

This is tutorial. Basically you need to create account on any hosting domain, if you want free hosting like 000webhosting. Install ftp program and just transfer your web code to server.
