Now I started to learn Python. And it is a quite simple language in my opinion, because I am comparing Python with C++. I have experinece in learning C++ and I like it, but it is more complicated than Python.

Java is good and also simpler than C++. Java is useful if you want to code Android apps.

PHP is good for Web Development.

So it really depends on your goals. Each language has own purpose.
