Challange random opponent

Question

I choose PHP weapon and click on random opponent. Why is my opponent someone who doesnt start PHP lesson and dont have any PHP duels.
Shouldn't be any filter when is use random opponent button?
Or some XP filter

to avoid that , u can choose the person to challenge by yourself

level is also written just below the name of person whom you challenge

i can choose but if i choose someone with level 10-16 that very often i choose someone without PHP progress

when you browse list of persons you can check profile only after is duel created

you see total level but there is a lot of ppl who have level 16 with no weapon progress i choosed
