Should SoloLearn create a help page?

There have been many questions being posted which can be easily answered if there a help page that can be referred to.

Information should be in help pages are

- User Guide On Sololearn App.
- Grading on how xp and badges given.
- Rules and ethics.
- Guide on how to report any spam related.
