Need language suggestion.

if i start learning non web coding tommrrow . so which Lang i need to pick for a start?

i was told that c,cpp,java were so yesterday.
for next gen it's more important to go for python as mechine learning, c# for gaming,kotlin for app building.

i'm personnally fond of c# ; it is really easy to start with, you can do anything with it, got nice performances, and probably the best IDE : visual studio.

be careful with "fashions" in tech and stick with stable, well known technologies.
you could say COBOL is old, yet it's still used in some systems.
also, for example you could learn a new JS framework every day for a year, but what is the point if you don't use it, or it become obselete in a month?
