Do you think there are people who are just talented at coding or is it just practice?

You are born knowing how to poop and cry, everything else you learn along the way. If someone else seems naturally better at a skill than you, they started practicing it or a related skill earlier than you did. That's my take on it. Learn the theory, then practice. Figure out what you can learn from your mistakes, then practice some more.

Talent doesn't exist. Coding for you can be a little bit easier for someone a little bit hard, but anyway I don't think that someone can be talented at coding, especially without practice and knowledge.

It takes practice and knowledge for anyone to get good at coding. Nevertheless, some people's way of thinking about problems is helpful.
