Not with that attitude. You gotta be like, "I don't give a fuck if I'm 16! I'm going to make money and be successful no matter what!" :)

To answer your question, yes, if you want to. I've known 14 year olds that have made millions from video games they created. Don't limit yourself or let others limit you; if you want it, go and make it yours!
