How to read the code in challenging to get answer fast?

I'm so late in reading a code to understand and get the answer. I almost got timeout. So please someone tell me about some tips to get fast answer in challenging questions. What point should I see first, second, and so on. Thanks.

u need to practice loop related questions then u will be able to solve questions faster..
