What Is The Point In Declining A Challenge?

When an emergency arises, say for example guy's house is on fire and can't play challenges with you for the rest of the day. It's better to decline than to take up your challenge space until it expires.

Because: Win = 1 XP Lose = -31 XP

when you reach high level (more than 11) you'll understand the xp reward is not on your side.
