Unable to cancel MAX subscription

Hello,

I've sent a couple of emails with no response regarding being unable to cancel my Sololearn MAX subscription. Very frustrating because I've followed the instructions to navigate to "Manage Subscriptions" but I do not see any option to cancel. A response would be much appreciated.
