If you’re finding it hard to stay consistent, discover your learning style. It could be the thing that gives you the drive to code. Things that i can interact with grabs my attention, I was immediately drawn to coding when I first used a Pascal game engine to build a simple game. It was a digital robot, really just a triangle, dodging squares. It was exciting to see something I coded come to life on screen. But when I started learning C++, which focused mostly on text-based output, I lost interest over time. That shift led me to explore 3D design and Photoshop instead. Eventually, though, I found my way back to coding through web development with photoshop and 3d models for modern game engines, which reintroduced the visual elements I loved. That journey taught me that learning styles really matter. If you are a visual learner like me, try kid focused coding apps. There's no shame, those will teach you the basics, but you'll be working in a modern style learning environment where it blends code and visual output with ease. Try https://www.tynker.com or https://scratch.mit.edu/

The reason is simple:- Either you don't love to code, you are doing it without interest Or you lack a source, learning from which would be interesting for you.. So,think if you are interested or not,if yes then try different sources eg.youtube,Udemy etc.. Actually the same problem is with me,but now I found a youtube channel ie.codewithharry which I enjoy learning from HOPE IT HELPS🥰.

Maybe you should not focus on the coding part but focus on what you like or enjoy then learn the language and libraries that will help you to make something in that domain. For example if you like games pick a language that will help you to quickly make games and will teach you some of the basics of programming then take it from there.

It's normal to be inconsistent on your daily routine sometimes. The least you can do, using paper and pen, is try to solve a very simple programming exercise or create/build a very simple program -- or you could even design a flowchart. Doing one of these each day can help improve and/or refresh your programming knowledge and skills.
