I'm going to start programming by python but I can't decide how to start

Some of the very best beginner courses are here. After you work through what SoloLearn teaches, you can move to a more comprehensive course. I like the courses by Mosh. https://www.youtube.com/c/programmingwithmosh But it might feel fast for an absolute beginner.

Some of the concepts that first-time programmers need to nail down are variables, conditions, loops, and functions. Once you know what those things are then other courses will be easier to grasp. Very few programming courses on YouTube are easy for the absolute novice because videos tend to play on while the concepts are not clear to the student. SoloLearn is designed for self-paced learning which can be helpful.
