I don't think you can do that on sololearn.

Thanks. Just trying to get a confirmation. Too bad, though. WebSpeechAPI looks like a fun way of getting an alternate input/output method. Think of the disabled users that might benefit from it. Perhaps someday the Sololearn web interface could have it accessible. It would be a fun and useful addition.

I never tried it myself, I have only read in other threads that it is not possible because of the way sololearn executes the code. E.g. In this one: https://www.sololearn.com/Discuss/2587394/?ref=app

I think it is browser related. Since it is still tagged as experimental, but I tried it on Chrome and it works mostly. Some demos do not work. However Firefox is still unsupported. I don't know what browser engine Sololearn uses. And unfortunately, it does not support the api. I guess we will just have to wait and see. Interesting is that the link I was reading is in the mozilla site, and Firefox have no support for it. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Web_Speech_API

Here is a fun link if your browser can handle it. https://mdn.github.io/web-speech-api/speak-easy-synthesis/ And Firefox seems to work , too. But with reduced options. So they're working on it, it seems.
