Can you tell me what is the formula of percentage iam going to make program on marks grades and percentage

Percentage is simply divided by 100.

Suppose someone gets 80 marks out of 100.

It will be 80/100*100 i.e. 80%.

Suppose someone gets 16 out of 20.

It be 16/20*100 i.e. 80%
