Can someone tell me where can I learn ActionScript from basic...

May I ask why you are into ActionScript these days?

If it's for web, HTML5 and ES6 combined can be better option.

If it's for Adobe Flash then https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/end-of-life.html

Actually It's for Animate cc

as far as I know the flash has already ceased to exist

But animate cc is newer version some game developers still use it.
