Problem with Netbeans

Question

I have installed Netbeans the way it should be, and have also timkled with the environment variables under advanced system properties.
CMD recognizes both versions if javac and java, which means I did that process correctly.
The problem is that I can't create a project file! I already added a directory in the .conf file inside Netbeans and have also removed the comment mark. Still nothing! {Not all requested modules can be enabled} and that module name ends with jpda-truffle.jar

Not many seem to use Netbeans these days.
