I am in class 10th yet and I have learnt basics of python, php and somewhat web development with html,css and javascript and I love programming, but I am in class 10 , I have done various projects. Should I study for tenth or do coding with studies and I see the effects of coding on my studies

Your 10th result will only decide your future you will get this chance only once in a life while you have your entire life left to code but it really depends on you and your determination that what you want to do. But according to me your boards are more important :)
