What is the difference between the bgcolor tag and the color tag?

There's no 'bgcolor' and 'color' "tags"...
These are attributes of html tags, which are deprecated ( as well attributes than <font> tag, usually used for handling them ), and should be replaced with Css rules, where 'background-color' and 'color' are the correct property names :P
