Do anyone know about the best code editor that is also compatible to provide a desktop view on smartphone ?

I made some codes through my mobile and they looked good but when I tried running them in the browsers desktop site mode the elements were not properly positioned as before.
So if you know any code editor that is also compatible to run the the code by providing a desktop view. Please answer!

AMOGHA. A. K. Looks like you misinterpreted the question.
My PC is not working . I want to know about any code editor available for smartphone which can also provide a desktop view of your code (i.e the same view when you turn on the desktop site mode onto your mobile's browser while surfing through the web)
