How to get pc when you have only phone??? I dont have pc... Can i be programmer?

Guys i don't have pc.... But i want to have.... And the problem is im belongs to middle class family ....any suggestions how to earn money faster....or any giveway sites?

A raspberry Pi is a low budget computer, which can get you started in programming. Just make sure you have access to format the SD with the OS, or buy one preloaded.
Should work with a cheap keyboard and mouse, and any screen with a HDMI port.

Look for a starter kit, which should include a preloaded SD with Raspberian NOOBs, a HDMI Cable, a Raspberry Pi case, and lastly the Raspberry itself.

Should be around the $100 mark. Depending on the Raspberry Pi you get, as well as where you are located.
