Выбирайте язык программирования, закончите обучающий курс. по окончанию выясните для себя все непонятные вопросы. в процессе обучения задавайте вопросы, если что-то непонятно. здесь вам помогут. затем набирайте побольше простых заданий/примеров/задач и пытайтесь их решить. по мере их решения постепенно начните решать задания посложней. чем больше решите - тем больше будет веры в себя. на каком вы этапе находитесь сейчас?
