How do i make so that it picks a random value from the list

Question

Trying to make a single game and I cant seem to figure out or find anywhere that explains it, I only found random.randint() which displays a random int. Example,
A list with three colours and when the code is run it displays one of three colours picked randomly

You can use random.randint(to get a random index), but a better way is to use random.choice(). The only parameter provided to random.choice() is the list to be used. It will then get a random item from that list.
