There are many. For starters, you can take the kotlin/java course here on SoloLearn.
I would recommend kotlin. I use it because it's just easier than Java for android development.
Then you can download an app on your phone.

You could also use YouTube tutorials, which I would highly recommend, as it is easier to follow along.
