How do I manage content in HTML5?

Question

I am wondering how do I specifically adjust text placement on web page etc. The nav, header,and footer are pretty straight forward to me but I don't understand difference between article and section. Are semantical tags used to manage the placement of the content or css if for that purpose? Thx in advance

You can adjust text placement using <div> tags and some CSS properties.
