I'm wondering the same thing. I typically do games but I prefer to work in Unity , c#. Trying to learn python but I don't know any practical project I could start. I was thinking maybe a text analyzer that could find the most common words, letters, phrases, etc. Just not sure how motivated it would keep me to finish it.
