Why is swift programming so limited on here?

Question

All I can do is the tutorials. I am doing the tutorials quick before I get my MacBook, but until then, I would like something to practice coding on and an area to show off some stuff I make. On top of this, I would like to be able to challenge people in Swift. Are these features coming? If so, when?

It‘s limited because they haven‘t implemented more features regarding swift
