JavaScript and python is best for beginner . As it provide basic knowledge and keep you motivated with basic things.

In the absolute beginning JavaScript easy then Java.

Learn HTML as it is very easy and good . Or you can opt for SQL or Java. But dont go for CSS and js before html.

Everybody is saying python.. but I sure disagree. I would prefer a language like Java to begin learning. Why? Because of the typesafety a language like Java has to offer. Java's compiler is a "bitch" and that makes you understand what really is going on.
