How to study java

I am a Chinese,and l want to study English and java.Can you help me?

There are hundreds of online tutorials and books on Java. If English language is a problem then you might want to work on that first, getting used to some basic programming conventions.
If you are a beginner I would recommend a book named HeadFirstJava...
If you learn better from videos there is Java Video Tutorial on YouTube by Derek Banas.
If you are comfortable with programming languages in general pick up any online Java tutorial.
